Can I shower with my jewelry?

In short - yes, you can. Silver does tarnish naturally no matter what. Getting it wet every day may speed up this process, but it is always possible to clean it. To clean, you can purchase silver cleaning cloths. It is important to avoid getting your jewelry wet if the stone is of a certain kind. For an example, Ethiopian opals cannot get wet as it will cause the stone to become translucent over time! If a certain gem cannot get wet, it will be clearly stated in the description of the piece.

Do you do custom work?

It depends. I do open customs with a limited amount of slots from time to time. To inquire about a custom piece, send me an email or a direct message on Instagram! If our visions are compatible, the answer is usually yes. The process is pretty easy. You write me with what you’re looking for, and I will respond with whether or not I can do it. If I can, I will also respond with a quote for pricing. I really love doing custom work, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

What is your return policy?

Custom work is non refundable. Pieces purchased off the site are non refundable. If the silver part of an item is damaged upon arrival or becomes damaged during wear, please reach out to me. We can discuss this further. If it is clear that it is a flaw from the creation of the piece, such as poor soldering, it will be fixed free of charge. If a stone cracks, that is not my responsibility and no compensation will take place. Gemstones can be fragile and it is up to the customer to wear their pieces with care.

What happens if my package got lost or never arrived?

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I ship each item using USPS priority mail, and send tracking codes upon request (I have them all, but do not email them unless the customer asks!). Once the package is placed in the mail, it is out of my hands.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Fees apply, and it takes 2-3 weeks longer than domestic shipping but the option is available.
